Our vision is to build a DAO (decentralized autonomous organization) which will be owned, operated and managed by the musicians, fans and the community. This includes several decentralized services, like the fractionalisation of music IP rights, a Marketplace as well as a secondary market to exchange music rights between fans, musicians and investors or labels, a royalty collector protocol to automatically collect and distribute all the royalties from the music rights in our community. The long term goal is to create a highly independent ecosystem, this is why we also want to implement our own streaming service which allows the artist to get heard by millions of people around the world without any restrictions of companies - by integrating it into our membership model we will be able to utilize crypto Defi protocols and might be able offer the streaming service for free for fans but also double the royalty payouts for the rights holders.
